Use filters to display only certain evaluations

The tools in the top-left corner of the Evaluation List and Evaluation Summary are filters. You can use filters to temporarily change which evaluations are displayed.

For example, if you see a Form Type filter, you can use it to see only the evaluations that match the Form Type that you select.

If you set more than one filter, you will see evaluations that match all the values that you select. For example, if you set Form Type to 13-2 and Evaluation Type to Semi-Annual, you will see all 13-2 forms that are semi-annual.

To remove a filter, set the value back to All.

If you see a Locked By Me filter, it is a check box instead of a drop-down menu. Put a check in the box to see evaluations that you have locked, and remove the check to remove the filter.
