Student Search
Understanding the Search Results
The results page displays each student's name, State Secure ID, LEA/district, school, grade, and demographic characteristics. The demographic data used here is obtained annually from the statewide PSSA and Keystone administration files, which are used for reporting state assessment results. Put the pointer over a column heading to see the expanded form of the abbreviation. A key to the demographic abbreviations also appears below the list of students.
By default, the students are alphabetized by last name. To sort the list by the data in another column, click on the column heading. Click on a student's name to see that student's testing history.
Search results display 100 students per page. If your search results contain more than 100 students, click Next Page or Previous Page at the top or bottom of the page, or enter the page number you'd like to access and click Go.
Once you have generated a search, you can click Back to Student Search at the top of the report to change your search parameters and refine your search.
