Navigating in PEERS

Navigating for Educators

Educators use their Evaluation Lists to access their Released evaluations. To view an evaluation, click the value for Form Type.

Navigating for Non-Educators

Use the PEERS category in the Reports menu to access the following parts of PEERS.

Evaluation List, which displays evaluations for all educators that are assigned to you. To view an evaluation, click the value for Form Type.

Evaluation Summary, which displays summary information about Released evaluations. To view an evaluation, click the value for Form Type.

When viewing the Evaluation Summary, only released evaluations are included. Users can only export from the Evaluation Summary page, and therefore, it is not possible to export evaluation data for forms that have not yet been released.

Released evaluations populate summary reporting. Summary reporting should only include certified educators, such as classroom teachers, non-teaching professionals, and principals (including assistants, directors of career technical schools, and supervisors of special education). Summary reporting should not include any type of substitute. Release only the evaluations that should be included in summary reporting.
