District Verification Phase: May 29, 2025 - June 20, 2025

A district admin or district roster approver verifies schools' rosters

  • Investigate overclaimed and underclaimed students

  • Add and remove rosters and students
  • Claim instructional responsibility for each student

  • If necessary, return rosters to School Admin with comments
  • Approve all rosters for each school
  • Submit rosters to PVAAS
Once a district admin or district roster approver submits the district's rosters, they are considered final, and they cannot be returned to the district.
