Accessing the Student Reports

This table describes how to access the different sections of the Student report after accessing the reports from the Reports menu. You can view these reports if your account has access to student data.

Find Students

There are multiple options you can choose to access a Student History Report. From the Reports menu, click Student Reports to access the Find Students page.

On the Find Students page:

Relationship Enrolled
- Click Enrolled to find students currently enrolled at a school you select from the drop-down menu. Once you have selected the school and grade, click Search to find the student.
Relationship Last Tested
- Click Last Tested to find students with testing histories at a school you select from the drop-down menu. Once you have selected the school and grade, click Search to find the student.
Name and ID
- Click Name and ID to find students by their Student Name. Type in the student's name as "last name, first name" then click Search to find the student.
- Click Name and ID to find students by their Student ID. Type in the student's ID then click Search to find the student.

Custom Student Report

To access Custom Student Reports directly, click Custom Student Reports from the Reports menu. To access Custom Student Reports from the Student Reports section, navigate to the Reports menu, and click Student Reports to access the Find Students page.

Custom Student Reports

If you have created a Custom Student report, click Custom Student Reports and click your report in the drop-down menu. Click the student's name to access their Student History report.

Student Search

From the Reports menu, click Student Search to access the Student Search page.

Type in the specific information to find the students.
If you want to find students by a specific test, the Upper % must be more than zero.
