Release one or more evaluations
When an evaluation has been marked Ready for Conference, an administrative user can release it. After an evaluation is released, it is considered final. No user can edit it or change its status. Educators can view their own Released evaluations.
- If you are not already there, go to the Evaluation List in PEERS.
- Optionally, set the Status filter to Ready for Conference so that you only see evaluations that are ready for release. If you want to release all Ready for Conference evaluations that match one or more additional filters, apply the additional filters. Click here for more information about using filters.
- Click Release Evaluations at the top of the page to release all the evaluations in the current view. Alternatively, click Release in the same row as an individual evaluation to release just that one evaluation.
When viewing the Evaluation Summary, only released evaluations are included. Users can only export from the Evaluation Summary page, and therefore, it is not possible to export evaluation data for forms that have not yet been released.
