Roster Verification |
Return a school's rosters to the school
A district admin or district roster approver can return a school's rosters if that school is in the district's Ready for Review list. When you return a school's rosters, edit capability for all the school's rosters is transferred from you to the School Administrator or School Roster Approver. You cannot return just one roster or a few rosters; instead this process returns all the rosters associated with the school.
- If you are not already there, navigate to the District Roster Verification Summary.
- In the Ready for Review list, click the school's name. The row expands to display teachers at the school.
- Scroll to the bottom of the list of teachers.
- Click Return School's Rosters.
Optionally, in the confirmation window, enter a brief description of your request or concern. PVAAS will include this description in an email to the School Administrator and display it on the school's Roster Verification Summary.
- Click Return School's Rosters.
When you return a school's rosters:
- The school moves from the district's Ready for Review list to the Not Ready for Review list.
- The School Administrator is notified by email that you have returned the rosters.
- A School Administrator or School Roster Approver for the school must resubmit the school's rosters to give edit capability back to the district admin or district roster approver. If the school does not resubmit by the end of the District Verification phase, PVAAS will auto-submit them, and they will be considered final.
